Ashlee Simpson clinging....clinging...clinging...on to her last stitch of fame

It's going to be 2008 soon, and we are still talking about Ashlee Simpson.
I'm sure she's a sweet girl, but let's face the facts:
1. She has little to no talent.
2. She rode in on Jessica's coat-tails.
3. She boosted her fame for screwing up on Saturday Night Live and by being booed at a football game performance.
4. She fixed her nose, and subsequently morphed into a hot chick.
Atrocious Ashlee stopped by the equally-atrocious TRL this week to talk about her upcoming album.
She described the sound as "cheeky, quirky and sweet."
"I wanted to do music with beats…I kind of laugh at things a lot, so you’ll hear that on the record."
No doubt there will be plenty to laugh at for listeners as well.
Maybe it's time to step aside and let big sis handle the singing. Is that too much to ask?
