A model who donned sexy lingerie and delightfully moaned for a diamond dealer's online ad is suing because the it turned out too spicy.
The unidentified woman has slapped Szul Jewelry Inc. with a $5 million suit on grounds it conned her into appearing in the ad. Court papers say the spot is set to "bump-and-grind" music and has "a decidedly pornographic look, feel and sound."
Her lawyer says Szul tricked her with a "bait and switch" tactic.
The suit also alleges the woman never signed a release form allowing Szul to use her image.
All that said, her performance is certainly worthy of an Academy Award. She nailed it!
