Haylie Duff (Haylie Katherine Duff, born February 19, 1985) is an American actress and singer songwriter best known for her supporting role on 7th Heaven as well as playing supporting roles in the films Material Girls and Napoleon Dynamite. The sister of actress Hilary Duff, Haylie also has a recurring role on her sister's "Lizzie McGuire" TV series and has co-written several of her sister's songs.
